Browsing, preferences and messages
Our Swiss hosting provider processes technical requests and may retain security and access logs, including IP address, request time, requested page and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. Logs are handled according to hosting settings and security needs; we do not use them to build advertising profiles.
Your browser can retain your chosen language and colour theme, plus your cookie choices. These preferences support the site and are not advertising tools.
The form sends your professional email, establishment, activity, selected plan, language and request time to our team through Infomaniak email, and sends you a confirmation. These messages are retained in our mailbox as needed to follow up on your registration and arrange your setup. There is no registration database on this website. Form fields remain masked for Clarity; their values are not sent to advertising tools or included in the confirmation URL. Technical counters used to limit abuse expire after ten minutes in server memory. If you contact us by email or telephone, we use your information to reply and retain the exchange as needed for follow-up and applicable retention obligations.
Loyalty cards and console
The loyalty service is separate from the business enquiry form. To create or recover your card, we store your first name and email, verify your address with an email code valid for ten minutes (legacy links remain valid for thirty minutes), and retain your programme, stamp balance and operation history in a PostgreSQL database. Each business’s data is separated. The console stores authorised accounts, sessions and card operations.
When you choose Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, your first name, programme information, balance and card identifier are sent to that provider to display and update your card. Your email is not included in the card’s QR code. Personal pages and the console do not load the marketing site’s analytics or advertising tools. Contact us with requests concerning your data.
Offers and news from the business in your Wallet are optional and require your explicit choice. We record that choice, its date, the accepted notice version, your language and any withdrawal. You can unsubscribe from your personal page or the preferences link in your card without losing your card or stamps. The business stores campaign content and technical sending results. Acceptance by Apple or Google does not tell us whether you saw or read a notification. The private preferences link only manages these communications; avoid sharing it.
Optional audience measurement
Microsoft Clarity is not active on this website. No Clarity code is loaded. If it is enabled later, audience measurement will require your consent.
When enabled and accepted, Microsoft may process interaction data, browser and device information and pseudonymous session identifiers. You can withdraw your consent through Cookie preferences.
Optional advertising
Google advertising is not active on this website. Google Tag Manager is not loaded for advertising. If Google Ads is configured later, advertising will require your consent.
Audience measurement and advertising are separate choices. Google Analytics is not configured by this website.
Providers and international processing
Hosting takes place in Switzerland with Infomaniak. If you enable optional tools, Microsoft or Google and their service providers may process data outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Their privacy notices describe recipients, retention and transfer safeguards. Refusing optional tools keeps them from loading.
Your choices and rights
You can accept, refuse or change optional categories at any time using Cookie preferences. Your decision is stored for six calendar months. Withdrawal stops the relevant tools and can reload the page; it does not undo earlier processing.
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data and to exercise applicable rights, including withdrawing consent. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or your competent supervisory authority.
